The Spotlight Team
Graham
With over 30 years of experience designing, building and managing complex projects, Graham oversees all administration and project coordination at Spotlight Entertainment.
He handles scheduling, logistics, client communication, and workflow management to ensure every job runs smoothly from planning through to delivery.
Alongside his management role, Graham also contributes to the team’s sound and lighting engineering work, supporting events with practical, hands‑on expertise.
Andy
Andy has over 20 years experience working within the entertainment industry. He spent over 15 years travelling the UK including as a resident DJ for Chicago Rock Cafe!
Andy has worked heavily in the concert and theatre sector being able to provide power, staging, audio and lighting for indoor and outdoor events catering for up to 40,000 people.
Andy has been fortunate enough to work with many clients and venues over the years including (but not limited to), Scouting for Girls, Jason Manford, Club KO, Haverhill Arts centre, Quay Theatre Sudbury, Halstead Empire Theatre, Sugar Hut Group and 3D Entertainments.
Matt
Matt has a background in electrical installations and DJ work and is an experienced audio engineer.
Matt is a fountain of knowledge, is enthusiastic within the industry and is always wanting to learn more.
James
James is one of our youngest members of the team but his experience is not to be easily dismissed!
James has worked within the industry for many years and he has developed a lot of knowledge, understanding and experience.
James is a huge asset to the team and you will find him equally comfortable either on or off the stage as we don't think there are many instruments he can't play!!
Kev
Kev has been with us for many years. He has over 30 years experience within the entertainment industry. He is a great team member who is equally comfortable behind the mixing desk at front of house, as he is as our stage manager.
Kev is quick with a joke or an XLR and is a well trusted member of the team.
Simon
Simon is one of our freelance sound engineers who is recognised internationally as a professional sound engineer with over two decades in the sound industry.
Simon is happy both in the studio and the live environment as well as being a freelance record producer, pro audio specialist/consultant, pro audio journalist and pro audio trainer.
Simon is a very knowledgeable and valued member of the team.
Jack
Jack is happy at either end of a multi core. He is a great guitarist in his own band and is a fantastic, helpful and competent member of the team.
Jack is more than capable of rigging a stage with audio and lighting as well as engineering a show!
He never lets us down and always has a smile on his face - just not when posing for photo shoots!!
